Tyra Banks has finally sold her house for $6.5million. She made someone an offer they could not refuse.
Tyra listed the 4 bedroom, 7 bath home months ago but had to cut down the price from $7.75 million to $6.5 million when there was no one ready to get it at that price.
It does not appear Tyra has lost any coin by offering the Spanish Colonial at a discounted rate. She bought the property for around $3 million.
Good for her.
