DELE MOMODU TURNS 56 TODAY.

A young Dele Momodu had it very rough. To say rough, would be an understatement. It is the kind of rough that would make a lot of people cringe and shed a tear. In 1995 he was alone in a dark prison because he dared to speak his mind and propagate the creed of democracy. He has come a long way because he is nothing compared to the guy that had it rough a few years ago. Dele Momodu who turned 56 today is polished and refined and not just that , he is a Nigerian journalist/publisher, polemicist, businessman, philanthropist, actor and motivational speaker.

Growing Up Without a Father:
He lost his father at a very tender age,( 13). The last of three siblings by a single mother. Dele had to depend on his mother so much and she handled it well by training all her children  singlehandedly. She played a major role in shaping him up into what he has become although she passed on the 18th of May 2007.
Dele today is a very happy man, he rubs shoulders with the creme de la creme of the society being a media mogul that he is and a man with a great personality. He is blessed with four children from his wife Mobolaji.
