Lupita rocks with her stylish black paint splattered pattern

Lupita Nyong'o stepped out looking stylish as usual in New York.

The fashionable actress donned a distinctive brown and white cape covered with a black paint-splattered pattern while on her way to The Public Theater in Manhattan, where she is performing in the play Eclipsed.

The Oscar-winner, who was recently hit by reports she has alienated her fellow cast members with her diva antics, smiled and held onto her hood as she headed into the venue.

The 12 Years A Slave actress appeared to be in a good mood while on her way to the Saturday matinee performance.

Lupita plays a wife of an African warlord in the drama, which was written by Walking Dead star Danai Gurira.

The 32-year-old went for a chic city look on Saturday, wearing a blue button-up shirt tucked into a flirty black mini skirt.

She added black patent-leather ankle boots that showed off her long legs.

The Mexican-born star wore large round sunglasses with purple tinted lenses, and pretty diamond earrings.

The actress appeared upbeat, despite being hit by claims that her 'diva' behavior behind the scenes have upset her costars.

And Sharon Stone pulled another applause-worthy ensemble out of the bag when she attended the Celebration of Hope event during FUNKSHION: Fashion Week Miami Beach at the city's The Setail Hotel on Friday.

Reiterating her fashion credentials, the 57-year-old star looked simply stunning as she sneaked a peek of her svelte figure beneath a sheer blouse

The Basic Instinct beauty highlighted her slender legs in a pair of skintight white trousers which billowed into flares, sneaking just a glimpse of her perfectly pedicured feet.

 

The actress' short blonde locks were worn in a quiffed style around her face, which had been enhanced with a soft make-up look that consisted of a subtle pink lipstick and a liberal coating of mascara

The Hollywood starlet was joined at the inspiring event by her sister Kelly Stone, with the two putting on an emotional display on stage.

Things appeared to take such an impassioned turn at one point, that Kelly and her sister burst into tears, hugging one another for comfort.

The evening came just a short while after a more sprightly Sharon appeared on The Jimmy Kimmel show earlier this week, where she and the host quipped about the naked shoot she did for Harper's Bazaar earlier this year.

 

It is the garment perhaps most famously worn by Clint Eastwood in a Fistful Of Dollars.

So it was only appropriate Halle Berry was spotted putting in a Few Dollars More into a parking meter after stepping out in a poncho in Beverly Hills on Friday.

The Catwoman star was looking glum on her latest outing outing since splitting from her French husband Olivier Martinez, despite earlier this week claiming she is doing 'okay' following the separation

On Tuesday the actress replaced her wedding band from Olivier with a new one, presumably one she bought herself, while at the Black Women Of Bond Tribute in LA (she starred opposite Pierce Brosnan in 2002's Die Another Day).

And on Wednesday, the mother-of-two went completely ring free as she stepped out to run errands in a chic outfit.

For his part volatile Olivier has been pictured without his wedding band, his denuded left hand showing the signs of his heartache.
