I saw this on whatsapp and thought I should share, enjoy.

2. Mind and control your tongue.
3. Keep the house clean.
4. Be hospitable, how you receive our friends and families matter to us. Make them feel welcome by coming out to greet them, serve them water if there is no drink.
5. Dress neatly and smart always, look good for us.
6. Do not disrespect us, we want to feel respected even with our imperfections, correct us with respect.

27. Stop answering our calls without our permission.
28. Smile always, even when you are exhausted from tending the kids. Constantly frowning will scare us.

30. Stop asking to know how we spend every dime. Just trust us and all will be well.
Lots of love,
-Nigerian husbands.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed’s Address - cocosista15.com

TEXT OF A WORLD PRESS CONFERENCE ADDRESSED BY THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND CULTURE, ALHAJI LAI MOHAMMED, ON THE RELEASE OF 21
CHIBOK GIRLS, ON THURSDAY, OCT. 13TH 2016, AT THE OBASANJO HALL,
FEDERAL SECRETARIAT, ABUJA.
Gentlemen of the press, good afternoon. We have called this press conference at a very short notice to brief you on the latest development in the saga of our Chibok Girls.
2.   We can confirm that 21 of the girls were released, safely, to us by 5.30 this Thursday morning and they were flown to Kaduna from the location of their release. This is the most glaring manifestation to date of the unwavering commitment of Mr. President to secure the safe release of the girls and reunite them with their families. It is also a result of the round-the-clock efforts by the Administration to put a closure to the sad issue of the kidnap of the girls.
3.   We expect the released girls to land in Abuja shortly. Ahead of their arrival,
we have assembled a team of medical doctors, psychologists, social workers, trauma experts, etc to properly examine the girls, especially because they have been in captivity for so long. They will also be adequately debriefed. We have the list of the 21 girls but we are now contacting their parents as part of the necessary verification exercise.
As soon as that is concluded, we will release the names to the public.
4.   Gentlemen, as we have always said, we have been working on the safe release of the girls and following all the leads available. In this instance, the moment we had a credible lead, Mr President gave the green-light to the DSS to pursue it. We can confirm that the DSS pursued the lead in collaboration with a friendly European country and a renowned international humanitarian organization.
The DSS was supported by the military.
5.   As soon as the necessary confidence was built on both sides, the parties agreed on the date and the location of the release of the 21 girls. Please note that this is not a swap. It is a release, the product of painstaking negotiations and trust on both
sides.
6.   We see this as a credible first step in the eventual release of all the Chibok Girls in captivity. It is also a major step in confidence-building between us as a government and the Boko Haram leadership on the issue of the Chibok Girls.
7.   We want to thank all Nigerians for their support and for never losing confidence in the ability of Mr.President to secure the safe release of our Chibok Girls.
8.   Gentlemen of the press, I thank you all for your kind attention
Segun Adeyemi
SA to Hon Minister of Information and Culture

EVENT IN HISTORY(PEOPLE &SOCIETY) - cocosista15.com

9 OCTOBER 1989, EXACTLY 27 YEARS TODAY UFO LANDED IN THE SOVIET UNION
In 1989, Voronezh, a city in Russia, was the subject of international media attention after the Tass newspaper published a story recounting an alleged UFO landing that occurred in the city’s park, and subsequent encounters between citizens and extraterrestrial beings. The account was later reported in America by St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and received coverage by several other media outlets including the NBC Nightly News and the ABC Evening News. The account began with the testimony of several children who claimed to have seen a three-eyed alien, who was guarded by a robot. The children along with some adults, watched a UFO land on the outskirts of the city of 800,000. Soon, a tall alien being emerged from the ships, and shot a beam at a young boy. The young boy supposedly vanished. The alien himself then disappeared into the ship.

INCESSANT KIDNAPPING: A MENACE TO THE NIGERIAN SOCIETY - cocosista15.com

Fellow Nigerians, according to Dictionary.Com, kidnapping is “to steal, carry off, or abduct by force or fraud, especially for use as a hostage or to extract ransom”. Fellow Nigerians, it is so saddening and lugubrious that Nigeria, where everybody happened to be his brother’s keeper prior and shortly after independence has become a country where the citizens can no longer sleep with their two eyes closed anymore because of armed robbery attacks and unending kidnapping which has become part and parcel of the Nigerian society. Nigeria was once a country where investors flooded from various parts of the world for trade and investment. This was the situation before the peace and tranquillity enjoyed by all, irrespective of tribe and tongue was interrupted and replaced by one crime or the other. This ignominious and shambolic act was sometimes going on in the Niger Delta region of the country only with the claim that they kidnap to claim their rights from the government whom they believe to have been controlling their national cake while they (the owner) were hungry and jobless. Kidnapping started in the first place with the napping of the wealthy ones and some government officials whom they believe they could get a huge ransom from, before this heinous crime degenerated into the kidnapping of individuals like the clergies’ lecturers and so on. There is no doubt that this act and the action and inaction of the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko-haram have contributed immensely to loss of lives as well as the crippling of economic activities in the country recently. The one that really gave me a shock was the kidnapping of two teachers, a head teacher and vice principal including four students from Igbonla Senior and Junior Model College, at Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. It is believed that the kidnappers who were suspected to be Militants came with a speed boat and invaded the school while the students were having a special session in the hall. This is so saddening and and unspeakable, the question begging for answer in my mind now is : How much is the salary of a teacher for even ten years or the parents of the students who strive every day to make both ends meet, or are the kidnappers expecting government to pay the ransom? And even though government will respond, what about the suffering and dehumanization that these individuals will go through before anything at all will be done? I therefore, in the name of peace appeal to everyone who is perpetuating the act to please have a rethink, and anyone who is just planning to engage in such acts should think twice for the betterment of the country and its citizens. NIGERIA SHALL BE FREE! THIS IS THE VOICE OF OGWUCHE EMMANUEL.
