BREAKING NEWS: IS TRUMP A RUSSIAN AGENT?

TOP KREMLINOLOGIST PRESENTS A TANTALIZING AND DISTURBING DOSSIER ON WHY THE PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL COULD HAVE CLOSER LINK TO THE KREMLIN THAN IT MAY APPEAR.
Donald Trump, the U.S. Presidential candidate of the Republican party, has been accused of being everything from a racist to misogamist in recent months as his bid for the White House has gained support across the U.S., but one question could yet prove more demanding;
Is Donald Trump a Russian agent? Why the answer is no, he is certainly what the original Soviet leader Lenin called a "useful idiot" referring to these in the West who ignore mass murder and choose to support the great Communist Kremlin-Watcher said. As the leading American newspaper, the Washington Post, reported; Since the 1980s, Trump and his family members have made numerous trips to Moscow in search of business opportunities, and they have relied on Russian investors to buy their properties around the world.
Court documents previously reads: Trump has had mysterious infusion of cash from Russians in favour of Vladimir Putin.

NASA spacecraft NEAR and shoemaker entered orbit around Eros in 2000, and came to rest on its surface in 2001. Eros is a potential Earth impact or, believed to be larger than the impactor that created the Chicuxulub crater that led to the extinction of dinosaurs.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE PHRASE: " COME AGAIN".

The phrase " come again" has sexual connotations. In as much as the word come has sexual connotations, only someone being intentionally perverted would think of sex when hearing the phrase "come again" or another phrase with come in it. In day to day situations, it is safe using "come again" when you want someone to repeat something. According to OED, come, as in "ejaculate" is also spelt "come". One finding claims that this phrase "come again" inherited a sexual connotation after it was used by Sebastian ( a character) in the movie "CRUEL INTENTIONS", otherwise it doesn't carry any questionable meaning. But one Mr Shiny debunked that claim and writes:
" I'm pretty sure that the sexual connotations of the phrase come again is OLDER then the movie. So, to avoid embarrassment in public places, simply say: can you please repeat what you have just said or can you please take it again."

12 August, 1974. SOUTH AFRICA BANNED FROM THE OLYMPIC GAMES.

In 1959, the non-racial South African Sports Association (SASA) was formed to secure the rights of all players on the global field. After meeting with no success in its endeavour to attain credit by collaborating with white establishment, SASA approached the International Olympics Committee (IOC) in 1962, calling for South African's expulsion from the Olympic Games. The IOC sent South Africa a caution to the effect that, if there were no changes, they would be banned from the Olympic Games. The changes were initiated but SASA persisted in its campaign for South African exclusion, and the IOC acceded in banning the country from the 1964 Games in Tokyo. South Africa selected a multi- racial team for the next Games, and the IOC opted for incorporation in the 1968 Games in Mexico..

8 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT COMMON THE RAPPER.

Fine, freckled, smart and one of the most creative artists around, rapper Common, born Lonnie Lynn Jr., is a standout. The Chicago native is a hip-hop veteran, actor and a New York Times bestseller — but beyond those things, could you say you know much more about the 42-year-old emcee?  He’s clearly in love with his hometown, seemingly even more so now that he’s dropped his 10th LP, ‘Nobody’s Smiling,’ dedicated to the troubled streets of Chicago. Late last year he spoke to Hip Hop DX about his concerns for his city and what he’s doing to create some change.
“I got a foundation that is really there to try to help young people in Chicago and all over the world,” Common explained. “But it’s many people in the trenches…in the field really doing work to try to help young people. We just gotta reach out on that level.”
His social efforts have us swooning but there are a few more things about Common that we’re sure you don’t know about. Check the list.
1. Common is in tip-top shape. Take a look at his upper body in a suit and you’ll see what we mean. He plays ball for cardio primarily but he also works on his breath control in the strangest way. The rapper told Men’s Fitness that he freestyles while running laps. “It’s a tough endurance workout, especially when your rhyme pattern is filled with a lot of words…” It’s ideal preparation for live performances though.
“I come off the stage and everything is drenched in sweat—from my T-shirt to my underwear!” he says. “I would equate it to being in the Tour de France. It’s not as long, but it’s just as intense.”
2. Lending to his Adonis-like form, the Chicago-native also eats right. He drinks a ton of water daily and avoids red meat, noshing on veggies and seafood.
3. In 2011, Common released his memoir One Day It’ll All Make Sense where he revealed that he and his mother were kidnapped at gunpoint by his drug-addled father when he was a toddler. According to Common’s mother, ““He took us out the house at gunpoint, handcuffed me to the front seat, put you in the back, and started driving across the country to Seattle…”
4. At age 12, Common was a ball boy for the Bulls and was on his way to becoming an ABA pro like his dad until he was poked in the eye one year.
5. In late September 2014, Common led a moment of silence for Ferguson teen Mike Brown at the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards instructing everyone in attendance to put both hands up in memory of the slain young man.
6. The emcee has admitted that his relationship with Erykah Badu indeed influenced his transformation during the years they dated. In fact, he wrote an entire open love letter to the soulstress in One Day It’ll All Make Sense.
In July, he told The Combat Jack Show, “She definitely was not like, ‘wear this,’” said Common. “Moving to New York I had the aspirations to do something new, to change, to grow, just try new things. She definitely was an influence… She introduced me to certain people that were creative artists, but as far as my choice – it was my choice to say, ‘I want to do this. I want to do that.’”
8. For over a decade, the rapper/author/activist has been at the helm of his Common Ground foundation, dedicated to building leadership and self-esteem in the youth of Chicago, even offering mentoring programs and business conferences.

YORUBA RACE BROUGHT TO LIMELIGHT BY ADEYINKA'S GRANDSON.

There is no VAGUE word in Yoruba language---
Study the language and endeavor to know more
about yourself and how great your lineage is
Adeyinka Grandson explains:
DID YOU KNOW THAT:
OSOGBO was coined out of 'Oso Igbo', meaning
wizard of the forest. This was as a consequence
of earlier settlers who surprisingly met a man at
the River Osun and whom they referred to as
‘Oso Igbo', which led to the name Osogbo.
IGBOMINA came from ‘Ologbo lo mọ ọna’
meaning, it is the standard-bearer who knows
the route. During the olden days’ war, the
Ajagunla (Ọrangun of Ila), was the standard-
bearer, who takes the flag, known as ‘Ogbo’.
This Ogbo helped in directing other warriors to
the right roads. ‘Ologbo lo mọ ọna’ later became
‘Igbomina.

'IBADAN originated from ‘Ẹba-Ọdan’, which means
between the forests and the plains. Before 1829,
Lagelu, the Jagun (commander-in-chief), of Ifẹ
and Yoruba's generalissimo, left Ile-Ifẹ with some
entourage from Ifẹ, Ọyọ and Ijebu to found a new
city at Ẹba-Ọdan.
IGBOHO is from ‘Igbo ti nho’, meaning
'whispering forest'. When Fulanis in conjunction
with Afonja's military, destroyed the old Ọyọ
Empire, Ọyọ people dispersed into the forest and
to avoid being noticed, they communicated by
whispering to one another. The people settled
close to the area noticed that the forest was
making unidentified noise and tagged the place
as ‘Ibi ti igbo ti nho’ which became Igboho today.
OGBOMOSHO was generated from ‘Ogbori
Elemọshọ’ when Sọun Ogunlọla, a great hunter,
who subsequently became the first Sọun of

Ogbomọshọ, helped the old Ọyọ Empire to kill
Elemọshọ and brought his head to Alaafin.
People started to refer to the settlement of Sọun
Ogunlọla as ’Ibi ti wọn ti gbe Ori Elemọshọ’.
ỌYỌ was from ‘Ibi ti Ẹsin ti yọ’, where the horse
slipped. When Oranmiyan left Ile-Ifẹ to found his
Kingdom elsewhere, the Oracle told him to stop
and build his kingdom wherever his horse slips
(yọ). Ibi ti esin ti ‘yọ’ is now known as Ọyọ.
EKITI was derived from ‘Ilẹ Olokiti’, meaning
mountainous land. When the descendants of
Agbonniregun Baba Ifa and some other people
left Ile-Ife to found a new kingdom, they resolved
to settle where they saw lots of mountains and
they said this is ‘Ilẹ Olokiti’ which later
transformed to Ekiti.

IKEJA was named after an Awori hunter known
as Akeja Onigorun. He was a successful hunter
who was celebrated within the Awori clan of the
Yoruba people, hence the present name Ikeja the
state government seat of Lagos.
BADAGRY came into being around 1425 A.D. The
area known as Badagry was founded by a farmer
who had his farm along the peninsular named
Agbede. The farm was subsequently known as
Agbede’s farm. Agbede’s farm was referred to
as Agbedegreme, which was later, coined into
Agbadarigi by the Yoruba alien and eventually
pronounced as Badagry by the European slave
merchants when the coast of Badagry was
discovered and opened to the New world.
ILE IFẸ got its name when Oduduwa arrived the
settlement. It was believed that Oduduwa came
with a giant cock and parcel of sand. The cock

then spreads the sand and the land further
expands, meaning Ilẹ fẹẹ (land expands).
In Yorubaland, gbọgbọ nkan lo ni bo ṣe jẹ. --A
meaningful and a relevant culture.

POEM:YOU ARE THE MOON.

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of colourless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellow 'd to that tender light Which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair 'd the nameless grace
Which waves in the raven trees,
Or softly lightens over her face;
Where thought serenely express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on the cheek, and over that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win , the tint that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind that at peace with all below,
A heart whose look is innocent.

STOPPING STRIFE IN THE HOME.

Does your family seem to be locked in a cycle of strife? Maybe clashes have become more frequent and more intense. Perhaps you do not know how the disagreement started.Yet you love one another and you do not want to hurt one another. It is important to remember that difference in opinion does not necessarily mean that your family life is disintegrating. It is not the disagreement itself but how you handle your disagreement can determine how tranquil or hostile your home will be. Consider some steps that may help to eliminate the strife.

(1) STOP RETALIATING

It is a normal thing for arguments to occur sometimes, but when one begins listening instead of speaking, a heated exchange may start to cool down. Therefore, resist the urge to retaliate when provoked. Maintain your own self-respect and dignity by controlling yourself. Remember, peace in the family is more important than winning arguments.

(2). ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S
FEELINGS.

Remember that active emphatic listening without interrupting or prejudice can do more to quell anger and restore peace. Instead of imputing bad motive, acknowledge the other person's feelings. Do not attribute to malice which may be caused by imperfection. Hurtful speech may be more the product of thoughtlessness or a wounded heart than mean vengeful spirit.

(3). KEEP YOUR VOLUME AND YOUR TONES DOWN.

One family member's impatience can easily raise another's anger. Resist the urge to be sarcastic or insulting or to raise your voice, no matter how offended you may feel.

Avoid hurtful accusations, such as " you don't care about me" or " you never listen". Rather, tell your spouse in a calm manner how his or her conduct has affected you. For instance: (" I feel hurt when you..."). Shoving, slapping, kicking,or any other form of violence is never excusable.

The same is true of name-calling, contemptuous comments, or threat. I think the aforementioned points are necessary in order to reduce, or if possible put an end to broken homes which has become a part of the present day society. It is very regrettable that some parents do not think about the bad effects or psychological damage that this extemporaneous actions may lead to. The fact remains that there are no two persons that are perfect, but spouses should try to tolerate each other some times in order to reduce broken homes in our society.

Sean Tizzle finally reveals what ruined his relationship with Otedola's daughter DJ Cuppy.

Sean Tizzle has finally opened up about his rumoured relationship with Dj Cuppy, the daughter of billionaire tycoon Femi Otedola.
In a new interview with The Nation, singer revealed all that transpired last August, when he put up Dj Cuppy’s photo with a caption that suggested that they were in a relationship.
“God bless my Cupcake Ifeoluwa aka Cuppy,” he wrote back then, adding, “Like Jay Z and Beyonce, it’s just me and my future Abiamo. #Kisses.”

The post caught fire as it read like a confirmation that they truly were dating.
But Sean Tizzle whose real name is Morihanfe Oluwaseun Oluwabamidele told The Nation that he simply was crushing on the top disc jockey.
“No, we were not dating,” he enthused. “She’s just my friend and we are cool like that. People just took it wrong, although I like her for so many things.”
When asked if he had a crush on her, he said candidly, “Yes, I was. I told her before but she was in school then and she was trying to focus on her education.
“When the media put that out she didn’t take it too lightly and that kind of affected the relationship,” he admitted, adding, “But me I go go work that work to come tell her back say what’s up girl, can we do it again?”
So folks, Was there any relationship? I guess not.

Marilyn Munroe: Famous Palm spring's house burglarised.

TMZ reports that Marilyn Munroe's former Palm Springs bungalow was burgled Tuesday and unfortunately the crooks have not been caught.
Law enforcement  responded to an active burglar alarm and on getting there  saw the front door had been kicked in.
The home was believed to be recently owned by an elderly woman who died recently and the home was just lying  vacant.
It is reported that officers combed the area and found power tools on a nearby lawn that appeared to have been stolen from the house.

Marilyn called the bungalow her second home in the late '50s, and Palm Springs proudly displayed a statue honoring the star until 2014.
So far, no suspects.

IS EDUCATION STILL A PRIORITY IN NIGERIA?

In Nigeria, there is a relationship between corruption and lack of infrastructural development, modernization and rehabilitation; but the former metamorphosed into the latter. For instance, in the 1960s, 1970s and 80s when sanity was still in place, educational bureaucrats were well committed to educating the total child. The quality of education at that time was very high thereby enabling Nigerian students to compete with the world.
Educators at the aforementioned decades maintained very high educational standards, with the educational system of that time, students with high academic reputation gained admission into the university of their choice. This was in progress until the ‘cabals’ interference into the educational sector resulted in the corrupt practices that engulfed educational sector till today.
This led to changing of the educational administrators with different policies as different government came to political offices with the changing of government either through election or selection as the case maybe, Government not releasing enough funds and embezzling of the little released by ‘the powers that be’ and some other stakeholders in our higher institution of learning.
During the 1960s, 1970s and 80s, there was nothing like indigenes cut-off mark for admission consideration, but it started when nepotism crept in. Still Nigeria is one is the song we hear from our leaders. By so doing education that was considered to be the cornerstone for the development of Nigeria was ignored, neglected and starved of necessary funds and policy initiatives needed to move it forward.
Increasingly, National and State governments started cutting educational funds, thereby creating the impression that education was no longer an important strategic tool in directing the country’s growth. With this development, the looting of educational funds became acceptable. Thus politicians began to loot money allocated to take care of educational sector such as buildings for schools, infrastructural development, modernisation and rehabilitation of educational institutions and so on.
Countrymen, after the milking and sucking of educational funds into their unpatriotic belly, the educational system of the country became useless.  Since they can afford to send their children to different developed countries of the world to receive western education, they care not if you and I learn under mango trees and dilapidated classrooms. No wonder they no longer have confidence in the country’s professionals and prefer travelling to India to get medical attention while the electorate die every minute in our drugless hospitals across the nations.
Let me conclude that the latest public statement made by our presidents concerning educational sector, that 50 thousand graduates would be employed into the educational sector irrespective of their area of discipline (that generated a lot of reactions from Nigerians) shouldn’t amaze you and I because they no longer consider the country’s educational sector as a priority.

STAYING FOCUSED.

Focusing is a lost skill, a casualty of the 21st century. Today people bury their noses in iDistracted and Distractdroid devices, practically salivating at the notifications which confirm their importance. Instead of commanding their day, they are controlled by their uncontrolled lust to be distracted.
And what purpose has distraction traditionally served? What result does it accomplish?
Escapism. Let’s escape from the reality of life, escape from the self-responsibility to pursue dreams, and escape from anything challenging. Distraction is the drug of choice of the 21st century, and supply is endless.
You may not be an alcoholic, but how much of your dissatisfaction is drowned with the web, Facebook, TV, text messaging, or video games? These things are not supposed to be core life activities, but enjoyable side trips. And they are much more fun as side trips.
The Cure, Focus

Focus is power. It’s the ability to say I’m doing THIS and nothing else, and nobody is going to stop me. A focused mind is difficult to stop from doing exactly what it plans. In a free country like Nigeria, nobody wants to stop you anyway.
Who wants you to keep on the weight? Who wants your business to fail? Who wants you to be miserable? Who wants your dreams to go to waste? If there were positive answers for those, those people are your mortal enemies and I’m sure you avoid them anyways. Typical people won’t care, because we are all self-centered by nature. I care about getting my figure trimmer.
There are certain subconscious thoughts and ideas you have that can make focusing extremely difficult, so what we need to do is pull those subconscious thoughts into the spotlight and address them.
There are four basic requirements for staying focused.
1. Accept that you may not succeed with the task at hand
Think about it. When you focus on something, you’re pouring all of your energy into it. Your brain will automatically label it as important. Focus is typically split up between several different tasks, ideas, and thoughts. So when you focus on a single cohesive idea, thought, or task, the brain says, “Wow now, this task is getting special treatment. It must be important.”
It’s healthy to face failure and learn from it, rather than to bury it in other distractions, but it places more pressure on you to perform when you focus. Juggle six tasks at once, fail at one, and what happens? You keep going with your other five. Focus on one task and fail, and you have to face that failure. There’s nothing else to look at.
To focus, give yourself a free pass on failing at the task. Make it okay to write a boring story, exercise with low energy, screw up your business launch, and embarrass yourself. If you only attempt things you’re 100% sure will end in success, you won’t do anything of significance.
2. Accept that you will not make progress in ALL other areas of your life (for the chosen time)
You have 50 areas of your life you know could be better, don’t you? And you want them done now! ALL OF THEM! Or you know that your reward if you succeed would be delayed significantly from the work (like writing a book).
The decision to focus is almost always slightly uncomfortable. Focus is commitment to a single task, and it can be very unsettling to commit to read your C++ book for your career when you know you need to get in shape too.
This is where Facebook rears its ugly blue and white head. “Hey, you don’t need to read your book or go to the gym, you have a new notification. Let’s just think about that while we check this new, exciting and immediately rewarding message.”
I like to combat this tempting thought with another thought – whatever I do today is a projection for the rest of my life. If I spend 2 hours on Facebook today, I’m setting that standard for the rest of my days. But if I write 2,000 words today, I’ll have written more than 700,000 words per year at that pace. That would amount to TEN books in a year! At 64,000 words for the average novel. So my choice is between trifling conversation on Facebook and writing five books? Hmm…
This decision is what you need to make, and the next requirement is how you can make it.
3. Believe that your current task is worthy of #1 and #2
When a task is appealing enough that you’re willing to risk failure, and you’re willing to forego everything else for a time, it’s worthy of your full, unbroken attention.
Take a long-term view of your life to understand what is worth this honor. I would be so excited to have written one full-length book (five is fine, too), and that could easily happen with focused writing. What down-the-road reward makes you smile when you think about it? Is it your fit body in the mirror or on the beach? Is it having written a book? Is it having a healthy family or finally learning French? There are a number of different paths you can choose, and it is not about picking the BEST one. You could spend a lifetime trying to figure out whether to spend your time reading excellent books, working out, writing, volunteering, or anything else. Move forward and make progress in areas that matter to you. When you look at your six-pack, you’re not going to think, “I should have been learning French.” You’re going to think, “Wow, I have a six-pack… Maybe I’ll learn French now.”
4. Battle against distractions using weapons of time, location, and mindset
Once you have picked your task to focus on, get strategic with it. What time is best to read/write/exercise/learn karate? Where should you do it that will allow you to fully concentrate? What distractions could arise in this time and how will you react to them? Will you turn off your Distractdroid device or put it on silent?
Focus is inherently simple, but difficult too. Its simplicity can trick people into thinking its easy, but it takes strategy, dedication, and a commitment to see one thing through to the end at the cost of all other possibilities. The benefits, though, are among the most rewarding.
The more rigid you are with your rules of focusing, the more skilled you will become at it. Let people know that your focused time is important to you and your well-being, and any reasonable person will understand.
