Gisele works hard to maintain her figure

Gisele Bundchen obviously works hard for her enviable figure.
And the Brazilian supermodel - who underwent a widely reported secret boob job and eye lift this summer - worked up a sweat while at her gym in Boston on Thursday.
The 35-year-old wore a grey zip-up sweatshirt and matching grey leggings for her intense workout

The mother-of-two pulled her blonde hair up off her face in a high ponytail, and wore large sunglasses as she headed to her car.
The supermodel went makeup free for her gym session, and looked slightly flushed after her workout.
Gisele was the highest paid model in the world for the ninth year in a row, taking home $44 million in 2015 thanks to lucrative modelling campaigns for Under Armour, Isabel Marant, Chanel, Stuart Weiztman and Balenciaga.

She wore tight grey capri leggings with a light stripe up the side with matching Under Armor sneakers.
Gisele, who wed Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in 2009, carried a silver bag over her shoulder and clutched a blue glass water bottle.
The celebrity couple are parents to two-year-old daughter Vivian and five-year-old Benjamin. Tom also has an eight-year-old son John from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Over the summer Bundchen and her younger sister, Rafaela, posed as devout Muslims to secretly enter a clinic in Paris where they both underwent overnight surgical procedures.
Bundchen allegedly had operations on her eyes and breasts, which she was concerned had 'sagged' following her two pregnancies, the New York Post reported at the time.
The retired model recently admitted that she thought of 'running away' from NFL star Brady when his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan, announced she was pregnant with his child in early 2007.
'I felt I didn't know what to do. It was one of those moments, do I just run away?' Gisele told CBS This Morning's Charlie Rose last week.
But when she met Tom Brady, her instincts told her 'he was a very kind man,' she said, adding: 'He is, he's kind. He's the good man.'
