The Grammy-winning singer took to Twitter today to announce that she's been forced to postpone her entire Unbreakable Tour dates after receiving word that she must undergo surgery.
"Hey you guys…Happy holidays to each and every one of you. I need you to know, I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon," she began by explaining on social media.
"It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring. Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold on to your ticket. They will be honored in a special way when the new schedule is announced."
Jackson continued, "Please pray for me, my family and our entire company during this difficult time. There will be no further comment. I love you all so much and am grateful for your understanding and your love. Gon' b alright."
The news comes months after she cancelled two dates in October due to health concerns. At the time, she tweeted:
"Hey you guys, I must rest my vocal chords. Doctor's orders... Will be rescheduling Salt Lake and Denver. Keep your tickets! Back to Burn Up Kansas City."
Jackson first announced that she would be hitting the road back in May, around the same time that she revealed that she would be releasing new music as well.
The singer kicked off her sold-out tour in Vancouver back in August, performing to a near-capacity crowd at Rogers Arena.
Unbreakable, Jackson's 11th studio album, was released on Oct. 2—seven years since her last album, Discipline.
