Funny actor Charles Okocha, popularly known as Igwe 2Pac, has been reportedly rushed to the emergency room after being hit by a stray bullet.
According to Kelly Hansome, who shared the news on social media, Charles was hit by a stray bullet fired randomly by some mobile policemen.
