Achievers: Fashion Meets Gospel A Success For The Fifth Year Running

All roads led to the Barnyard Theatre in Sunninghill, Sandton; for the annual Women’s month celebration Fashion Meets Gospel (FMG)

Founded by fashion designer and celebrity stylist Lindani Ndwandwa four years ago, Fashion Meets Gospel has evolved to being a household name and has grown from strength to strength. Under the theme: I am African, the event saw to more than 600 attendees all dressed in their proudly African regalia.
Amongst the guest celebrities such as Katlego Danke, Winnie Madosie, Naymaps and Andile Gaelesiwe that graced the FMG red carpet.

The show had performances by Benjamin Dube, Ntokozo Mbambo, Mabongi Mabaso, Joe Mettle and many other artists that set the stage on fire and the audiences basked in every performance. Njabulo Kunene (former We Will Worship vocalist) left no eye dry in the audience.

Other designers that showcased include Goodness Mahlangu, Fortunate Khoza, Nwabisa Meth and Freedom Ngamanda, all showcasing their perspectives on African printed wear.
MC Penny Lebyane did a stellar job as she kept the crowd entertained and on the edge of their seats.

Lindani Ndwandwa says that he is excited about the next 5 years and cannot wait to see what lies ahead.

Here are some of the pictures from the eventful night.

Ntokozo Mbambo not only performed but walked the ramp too, looking gorgeous as ever.
