According to Punchonline, veteran producer recently turned director, Emem Isong, is back in Nigeria after being delivered of twins in the far away United States of America. The Akwa Ibom State-born movie-maker who returned to Nigeria last weekend with her bundles of joy, told Sunday Scoop she is happy to be back home.
“I am happy to be back after such a long time,” she said on the phone. When we asked when she would return to set, the mother of three said she is still on maternity leave. “I am not going back to work now; I am on maternity leave now. You know I just got back from America where I went to be delivered of my babies.”
Isong got married to a Cameroonian, Misodi Akama, in 2014 and together, they have three children. Emem had a child from a previous relationship.
