And Ruby Rose yet again nailed laid-back, androgynous chic as she stepped out in New York on Wednesday. 

The 29-year-old model-turned-actress looked stunning as ever as she rocked a baggy varsity jacket with skinny jeans, tough biker boots and a bright blue baseball cap.

Her black T-shirt underneath which appeared to have a blue cityscape pattern circling the hemline. 

The dark jeans she sported tied in with the simple look while she added leather biker boots, to give an even edgier touch to the look. 

The Orange Is The New Black star, who is dating Sophie Dahl, toted her belongings in a black leather rucksack which boasted standout brown leather straps. 

She wore minimal make-up for her jaunt yet gave a glamorous touch through her slick vampish manicure.  

Ruby combined fashion and charity as she rocked a Louis Stewart #prayforparis snap back cap which will see portions of the proceeds will be donated to the victims of the Paris attacks, which saw 130 die following a series of organised terrorist attacks in the French capital earlier this month.

In a bid to publicise the campaign, Ruby took to Twitter to share an image of her hat while adding the caption: 'I see you asking about the hat. I should have mentioned it because it's beautiful. #proceedsgotoparis #louisstewart'

The Paris attacks have become a point of contention for the stunning star after she came under fire last week for her social media activity surrounding the Paris terror attacks.

She shared a picture on social media that read: 'Pray for the entire world,' and captioned it: 'Let's be honest.. Pray for humanity. What is happening in the world.. Today has been devastating. #lebanon #paris #syria and everywhere under attack right now. this is not a blanket post this is a post for today's horrific news which spans many countries.

Some fans responded due to her referring to the bombings in Lebanon and Syria the same day.

One follower wrote: 'The whole world hasn't just endured a terrorist attack.'

Ruby shot back, and confirmed: 'Wow! Guys my pray for the world post is not taking away from Paris. It's about the other incidents today #paris #syria #lebanon,' she said.

'There were bombings in Lebanon and Paris today. I am saying the world is in trouble. Terrorism is at large... Love breeds love. Hate breeds hate.'
