The Olympian explained: 'That’s what happens with most breakups; you really look at yourself and figure out what makes you happy, and you also have a lot more free time.'
It has even helped her work on her craft of skiing and insists that all the hard work has been paying off as she has even approached her diet more seriously.
Lindsey said: 'I got a new nutritionist, and I’m just doing everything I can to be in shape for this season. The most important thing is to eat healthy. So eat whatever your body wants, and try to be as active as you can.'
The Blonde beauty definitely seems to be enjoying the single life since splitting from Tiger in early May after over two years together, amid reports the golfer had been caught cheating again.
The top skier wrote on Facebook at the time of the breakup: 'Tiger and I have mutually decided to end our relationship... Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart. I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart.'
